<p>FUNCTIONS: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, SCADA and DCS systems used in water and wastewater treatment plants. Calibrate and maintain process analyzers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, chlorine, ORP, DO etc.) to ensure compliance with industry standards. Service and troubleshoot instrument air systems, actuators, control valves, and pneumatic/electronic instruments. Install, test, and calibrate flow, pressure, temperature, and level transmitters using certified calibration equipment. Conduct loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems during projects or upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of calibration records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
