POSITION SUMMARYBased in Salalah, in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, the Community Engagement & Campaign Assistant (Animator) plays a critical frontline role for the ARISE Program. Working in gender-balanced pairs to ensure Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and cultural sensitivity,, the Assistant serves as the primary bridge between the Program and the local agropastoral communities. Equipped with program transport for remote access, the incumbent leads the roll-out of the "Because I Care About Biodiversity (BICAB)" awareness campaign and mobilizes traditional livestock breeders to adopt Nature-based Solutions (NbS). This includes leading a local network of over 30 volunteers and organizing community meetings, workshops, and events to drive behavioral change toward sustainable rangeland practices.</li><li>Field Data Collection & MEL Support: Functioning as a frontline field enumerator for the program's Data Collection Mechanism (DCM) and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is a treaty-based international, inter-governmental organization dedicated to supporting and promoting strong, inclusive and sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging economies. The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs) . The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. The funding has been approved for Phase 1.POSITION SUMMARY Based in Salalah, in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, the Community Engagement & Campaign Assistant (Animator) plays a critical frontline role for the ARISE Program. Working in gender-balanced pairs to ensure Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and cultural sensitivity,, the Assistant serves as the primary bridge between the Program and the local agropastoral communities. Equipped with program transport for remote access, the incumbent leads the roll-out of the "Because I Care About Biodiversity (BICAB)" awareness campaign and mobilizes traditional livestock breeders to adopt Nature-based Solutions (NbS). المحتوى الوظيفي: إدارة ومراقبة وإدارة العقود طوال دورة حياة العقد من منحه وحتى الإنهاء والتصفية، مع الامتثال للالتزامات العقدية والسياسات المؤسسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية مع تقليل المخاطر العقدية ودعم نجاح تسليم المشروع. المسؤول عن العقود مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سجلات العقد، وتنسيق أنشطة إدارة العقد، ومراقبة أداء المقاول، ومعالجة تعديلات العقد والتمديدات والتغييرات، وتقديم الدعم التعاقدي للأصحاب المصالح الداخليين. إعداد وإدارة وثائق العقد من التعاقد حتى الإغلاق وفق سياسات وإجراءات الشركة باستخدام القوالب المعتمدة والشروط القياسية. التأكد من امتثال العقود للمعايير القانونية والتقنية والمالية والتنظيمية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام ذات الصلة. تنسيق مراجعات المستندات وعمليات الموافقات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للاتصالات والتوافقات التعاقدية. التأكد من معالجة جميع المراسلات التقنية والتجارية والتعاقدية مع الموردين بشكل فعال وإغلاقها. التأكد من تقديم جميع الضمانات والوثائق التأمينية التعاقدية المطلوبة والتحقق منها وتسجيلها بشكل صحيح. الحفاظ على ملفات العقد والسجلات ونظام إدارة المستندات. إعداد تعديلات العقد والتغييرات والتمديدات والتجديدات بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات العقدية وسياسات المؤسسة. رصد أداء المقاول والتأكد من أن الالتزامات العقدية مُنفذة بفعالية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية. إجراء مراجعات أداء المقاول دورياً وإصدار رسائل الإشعار للمقاولين حسب الاقتضاء. رصد تواريخ انتهاء العقد والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لبدء التجديدات أو التمديدات أو غيرها من الإجراءات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب. المساعدة في تقييم الآثار التعاقدية للتغييرات والتغييرات. إعداد وإدارة وثائق العقد من التعاقد حتى الإغلاق وفق سياسات وإجراءات الشركة باستخدام القوالب المعتمدة والشروط القياسية. التأكد من امتثال العقود للمعايير القانونية والتقنية والمالية والتنظيمية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام ذات الصلة. تنسيق مراجعات المستندات وعمليات الموافقات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للاتصالات والتوافقات التعاقدية. التأكد من معالجة جميع المراسلات التقنية والتجارية والتعاقدية مع الموردين بشكل فعال وإغلاقها. التأكد من تقديم جميع الضمانات والوثائف التأمينية المطلوبة والتحقق منها وتسجيلها بشكل صحيح. الحفاظ على ملفات العقد والسجلات ونظام إدارة المستندات. إعداد تعديلات العقد والتغييرات والتمديدات والتجديدات بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات العقدية وسياسات المؤسسة. رصد أداء المقاول والتأكد من أن الالتزامات العقدية مُنفذة بفعالية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية. إجراء مراجعات أداء المقاول دورياً وإصدار رسائل الإشعار للمقاولين حسب الاقتضاء. رصد تواريخ انتهاء العقد والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لبدء التجديدات والتمديدات أو الإجراءات المطلوبة الأخرى في الوقت المناسب. المساعدة في تقييم التأثيرات العقدية للتغييرات والتغييرات. رصد المخاطر والنزاعات العقدية، والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات أو عدم امتثال. التنسيق عن كثب مع الشؤون القانونية، والمالية، والتقنية، وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان وضوح وتنفيذ شروط العقد. الحفاظ على علاقات مهنية مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية. إتمام متطلبات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي ذات الصلة. إعداد تقارير دورية حول حالة العقد وتقديم تقارير أخرى عند الطلب بشكل شهري، ربع سنوي، وسنوي. الإسهام في دروس مستفادة ومبادرات تبادل المعرفة. المعرفة والفهم لإدارة الأصول، ونظام إدارة السلامة والصحة والبيئة(QHSE)، ومتطلبات معايير أمن IT وفق نظام الإدارة المتكامل IMS، ISO 55001، ISO 14001، OHSAS 18001 وISO 27001 لأداء الواجبات المعينة وفقًا لمصفوفة الأدوار والمسؤوليات. المؤهلات والخبرة الوظيفية المؤهلات الدنيا شهادة البكالوريوس في دراسات الأعمال/الهندسة/القانون أو تخصص ذي صلة الخبرة المهنية 3+ سنوات خبرة في مجال التعاقد، المشتريات أو إدارة عقود المشاريع.

<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Report to : Chief Executive Officer Department : Strategy and Business reporting Role Purpose: Lead and direct the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of ASAAS corporate strategy, business plans, and enterprise performance management framework. Ensure effective alignment between strategic objectives, Balanced Scorecard performance measures, business initiatives, and organizational outcomes while driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and datadriven decision-making across ASAAS. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Design Lead the formulation of annual, short-term, and long-term strategy and strategic objectives for ASAAS. Collaborate with the Finance department in formulating the detailed Business Plan for ASAAS and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy. Strategy Execution and Monitoring Lead the development of the corporate and departments Balanced Scorecard. Lead the design of strategic initiatives/projects in line with the corporate strategy. Lead the cascading process of corporate BSC to departmental level in collaboration with the department line managers. Provide advice about cascading techniques to HR team for developing individual KPIs when needed. Ensure efficient and effective record of BSC data through BSC professional software OR MS Excel. Lead the preparation and development of relevant dashboards to present performance effectively. Provide continuous Monitoring for Corporate & departments performance against the set targets. Conduct periodic performance review meeting for management to present corporate and departments BSC departments results and provide feedback for any course correction needed. Prepare and present periodic report of corporate BSC performance to BOD level. Working Proactively and cooperatively with Risk & Compliance team in identifying corporate risks and outline mitigation strategies overcome roadblocks and initiate revision in plan. Business Excellence Work as a custodian and facilitator for improving business processes initiative including managing communication, and feedback with stakeholders while ensuring objectives are achieved. Facilitate the proper implementation of approved processes in cooperation with company s department. Working cooperatively with HR Team to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the team and across the organization by encouraging and initiatives and share knowledge. MIS Reporting Lead the preparation of MIS reports that need to be shared with board of directors and relevant stakeholders to enable decision making process. Communication Working cooperatively with Corporate Communication Team to communicate the corporate strategy and Performance update information to the staff on regular basis. Additional Tasks Manage and facilitate the weekly meeting with the department s heads, summarize the inputs and create overall brief reports. Perform other duties related to CEO Office as assigned based on needs. Team Management Provide inputs to the department s workforce plan to ensure the availability of right resources in coordination with the HR & Admin department. Set objectives for the department and manage their performance in an effective manner. Mentor, coach, motivate and challenge direct reports providing opportunities for learning and development in association with the HR & Admin department.
