<p>Mazoon Mining Company (MMC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the company's sales, offtake execution, and commercial growth agenda. Reporting to the CFO, this role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and the market turning MMC's operational and financial performance into commercial proposals, revenue-generating relationships, and disciplined risk management. The Commercial Director will work closely with customers, off-takers, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure MMC's growth and value protection.</p>

The role focuses on applying reliability engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices to improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>

<h4>Qualifications:</h4>

<li>10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management in industrial environments (oil & gas) is preferred</li>
