<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>We are looking for a finance professional to support dealership operations across sales and aftersales. The role will partner closely with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement, while ensuring strong compliance with company policies and procedures. Key areas of focus include cash control, sales accounting, credit approvals, stock controls, audit follow-up and continuous improvement of day-to-day internal controls.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and SAP uploads for sales and aftersales operations.</li>
<li>Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash, daily collections and intercompany reconciliations to ensure compliance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance and WIP controls, including physical inventory reconciliation, annual stock counts and timely closure of job cards in line with IFRS requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs, support internal audit reviews and drive timely implementation of audit recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead, supervise and develop the branch finance team, while supporting ad hoc reports, business projects and senior management requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
<ul>
<li>Strong financial analysis, budgeting, P&L, forecasting and MIS reporting capability.</li>
<li>Good understanding of VAT regulations, tax laws, IFRS and internal control requirements.</li>
<li>5-10 years of experience in finance. Chartered Accountant or similar professional finance qualification.</li>
<li>Analytical, detail-oriented and able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li>
</ul>

<p>You will be part of the finance team supporting dealership operations, working closely with branch management, sales, aftersales, central finance and other business stakeholders. The role reports to the Financial Controller and plays an important part in enabling sound commercial decisions, strong governance and operational efficiency across the branch network.</p>

<p>The incumbent will be representative of the Company for maintenance activities at marine / offshore side with the offshore maintenance contractor, responsible for the safe and timely maintenance of the offshore facilities and to have shared responsibility to provide functional leadership for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of offshore facilities with marine operations team, regardless the number of assists. The responsibilities shall be as outlined, but not limited to, below:</p>

<li>Maintenance PM and CM for all offshore assistance: attend all PM on time as per scheduled plan with no delays and achievement without any backlog though the year as per OEM. CM to be cleared on time without any impact on operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the availability of SPMs and their system by 100% all through the year and during operations for crude unloading by ensuring the following as minimum including all offshore assists:</li>

<li>Lead maintenance team to ensure all SPMs maintenance carried out as per OEM recommendation and RCM studies.</li>

<p><strong>Specific duties and responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Handling of purchase orders to ensure that copies of all approved and currently valid purchase orders i.e. purchase requests, market list, standard supply contracts are at hand, and files are maintained for this.</li>
<li>Ensures that all items are physically received, inspected and weighed as necessary. In case of technical items, equipment, furniture, and certain food items, the concerned department is consulted to confirm the quality and specifications. Materials are inspected, and measurements are to be made thoroughly. A visual inspection is not enough.</li>
<li>After inspection, the items are transferred to the department concerned either through the help of the supplier or concerned department collecting from the receiving bay.</li>
<li>The supplier’s invoice is acknowledged by putting the receiving stamp on the original and the supplier’s copy of the invoice, after the checking is completed.</li>
<li>Ensures that the invoice is dated and reference number of the authorization is quoted. Outdated invoices are not accepted, as this may result in problems regarding settlement. If the invoice is outdated, the vendor or his representative is requested to correct it and initial for the correction.</li>
<li>Ensures that items arriving without authorization are not received, but referred to the materials department. Such items should not be kept in the hotel nor the invoice to be acknowledged.</li>
<li>Some items (e.g. milk, bread, etc.) are received during non-working hours. Apart from such items (list to be prepared and approved by management), no other invoices are to be passed for payment without physically receiving the item.</li>
<li>Ensures that invoices for services, such as clearing charges, insurance charges, service contracts for maintenance etc. are acceptable to be included in the receiving report, provided that they are part of the purchase order (insurance and clearing charges for importation) or contract is available. Even in this case, the department head concerned has to initial these invoices to acknowledge the receipt of the service.</li>
<li>After the items are received, a receiving report and summary is prepared. The copy of this report is given to the F&B cost control, with original invoices; with adding machine totals are passed to accounts payable for further processing.</li>
<li>Deliveries with disputes are brought up with materials department to sort out with the vendor, and the department concerned. In case the delivery is accepted only partially, this has to be reflected in writing by the department head concerned, showing the reason with concurrence of materials department. In such cases, a credit note is to be obtained from the supplier. Matters not resolved are to be brought to the attention of the director of finance.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring all items being sent out of the hotel as per the outgoing record policy. Receiving clerk checks that it is properly authorized, and ensures that all vouchers are accounted for. Where necessary, the credit note is to be passed to the accounts for those items, which are invoiced to the hotel, but being returned back.</li>

Additionally, he/she assists in delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES</b></p><p>Assisting in Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process</p><ul><li>Assists in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed.</li><li>Assists in establishing and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.</li><li>Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Networks with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to source candidates for current or future openings.</li><li>Assists in monitoring candidate identification and selection process.</li><li>Performs quality control on candidate identification/selection.</li></ul><p>Assisting in Administering and Educating Employee Benefits</p><ul><li>Works with the unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims; reviews provider reports for accuracy and corrects errors.</li><li>Assists with unemployment claim activity reports.</li><li>Attends unemployment hearings and ensures property is properly represented, as needed.</li></ul><p>Assisting in Managing Employee Development</p><ul><li>Assists with departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.</li><li>Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.</li><li>Assists with coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.</li><li>Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of the leadership team in training programs</li><li>Assists with ensuring departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.</li></ul><p>Assisting in Maintaining Employee Relations</p><ul><li>Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property-wide meetings).</li><li>Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.</li><li>Utilizes an open door policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner</li><li>Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Manager for resolution or escalated to the Director of Human Resources/Multi-Property Director of Human Resources.</li><li>Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary.</li><li>Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.</li></ul><p>Assisting in Managing Legal and Compliance Practices</p><ul><li>Assists with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.</li><li>Assists with ensuring compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.</li><li>Assists with ensuring medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.</li><li>Facilitates random, reasonable belief and post accident drug testing process (in properties where applicable).</li><li>Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.</li><li>Assists with ensuring all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc.</li><li>Assists with periodic claims reviews with Regional Claims office to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims.</li><li>Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.</p>
