<p>Apply the approved standards, procedures and schedules to ensure the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems in the allocated area. Implement the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on relevant equipment and ensure all work history and data is entered into the CMMS system. Generate all testing protocols, certificates and other documentation in line with established standards and ensure that these are linked to the respective equipment within the CMMS. Ensure the application of approved standards, procedures and schedules for reliability and integrity of the Plant in line with company guidelines Place and remove spades and to open and close pipe flanges, recognize the gasket types, types of bolts and nuts. Carry out Flange tightening by Hydraulic Torquing and tensioning methods. Perform proper slinging and lifting with chain-blocks and small cranes. Remove and re-install rotating equipment like pumps, motors, mixers. Replace Mechanical seals in pumps and compressors. Obtain rotating equipment machine clearances and dimensional data. Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW holder. Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Specific Skills: English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of Trained and experienced in the alignment of rotating equipment with reverse dial gauge alignment, in addition to using laser alignment equipment. Degree / HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent.</p>
