<p> Minimum 8+ years of wells and production technology experience with an upstream oil & gas operator or service company. Preferred experience with investment opportunities evaluation, VDRs, Commercial and Business Development Interface. Local and international exposure with various environments and hydrocarbon fields settings.</p>
<p> Proven experience in well performance analysis, production optimisation, and artificial lift system design and evaluation. </p>
<p> Strong background in production data analysis, well surveillance, and well intervention planning. </p>
<p> Experience in technical evaluations for commercial transactions (acquisitions, divestments, farm-ins, JVs) with a focus on well stock and production system assessment. </p>
<p> Familiarity with Oman's upstream regulatory environment and concession/EPSA framework is an advantage. </p>
<p> Experience working in multidisciplinary teams alongside reservoir engineers, geoscientists, economists, and commercial professionals. </p>
<p> Track record of delivering technical evaluations under tight commercial deadlines. </p>
