<h4>Service purpose</h4>
<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced marine specialist to join our dynamic team for the LNG bunkering project.</p>
<p>In this key role, in close collaboration with the LNG team in Sohar, you will be a strategic member of the Muscat back office in charge of preparing and overseeing the safety, compliance, and efficiency of all marine operations.</p>
<p>Your area of responsibilities will apply to LNG carriers loading, LNG bunkering operations, and, to a larger extent, all marine-related matters of the LNG bunkering project.</p>
<p>Your skills and experience will also identify you as a potential temporary replacement of the marine superintendent in Sohar.</p>
<p>Additionally, you would potentially be able to provide support to the Sohar team regarding logistics entities and warehouse activities, as this will be part of the Sohar marine superintendent's scope.</p>

<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. <li>Selects and initiates contact with local carriers to arrange appropriate transport equipment for containers, classified, sensitive, hazardous, or outsized shipments based on the size, weight, commodity description, freight classification, required delivery date, priority, or other special requirements.</li>
<li>Loads/unloads 463L pallets, equipment, vehicles, and ISO containers from flat-bed/low-bed trucks. May assist in loading/unloading military vessels at the seaport.</li>

<p>The Security Manager is responsible for leading and managing all security operations across the steel manufacturing plant to ensure the protection of employees, company assets, facilities, raw materials, scrap, and finished products.
