<p>This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.</li><li>Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.</li><li>Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functionalities.</li><li>Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven UI/UX experience.</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Up-to-date experience with leading design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.</li><li>Experience with user interface design, user experience design, and interaction design.</li><li>Proficiency in prototyping tools.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Proven UI/UX experience.
