<p>The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and successful delivery of wastewater projects contracts. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining stakeholder coordination, and achieving contractual performance objectives in line with organizational goals.</p><p>The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of all ongoing and planned wastewater projects and contracts, from the initial planning stage through to project handover. This shall include ensuring the provision of all necessary support required for effective operations and maintenance. <p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. <p>Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Coordinate and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns. Monitor neonates vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment. Ensure proper administration of medications, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments. Supervise the use of ventilators, CPAP, incubators, phototherapy, and other neonatal equipment. Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams regarding patient care. Ensure strict infection prevention and control practices within the NICU. Manage staff allocation, duty rosters, shift coordination, and daily nursing activities. Supervise and mentor NICU nurses and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Handle emergency situations and ensure timely intervention and escalation of critical cases. Monitor compliance with medication safety, documentation, and patient identification procedures. Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and NICU reports. Ensure proper handover between shifts and continuity of neonatal care. Support and educate parents regarding newborn care, treatment plans, and feeding practices. Monitor availability and proper functioning of NICU equipment, supplies, and medications. Participate in quality improvement, audits, training, and implementation of hospital policies. Ensure compliance with hospital standards, nursing guidelines, and patient-safety protocols.</p>
