<p>Architecture système : STAGE Automatisation de la Validation d'Exigences Système via IA/LLM F/H</p><br><br><p>Stage</p><br><br><p>6 MOIS</p><br><br><p>Etudiant</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Les systèmes de navigation développés par Safran Electronics & Defense constituent des équipements critiques permettant la détermination en temps réel de la position, de la vitesse et de l'attitude de porteurs civils et militaires (terrestres, marins, aériens, spatiaux). Ces systèmes reposent notamment sur les technologies suivantes : capteurs inertiels, récepteurs GNSS et des architectures hybrides combinant plusieurs sources de données. <br>La définition des exigences système est une étape fondamentale, dont la validation (vérification de la clarté, de la non-contradiction, de la testabilité…) est obligatoire, rigoureuse et suit des normes stirctes.<br>Actuellement, cette validation repose sur une analyse humaine basée sur une checklist exhaustive. Ce processus, bien qu'efficace, est chronophage. L'objectif de ce stage est de développer un outil d'aide à la validation basé sur l'Intelligence Artificielle Générative (LLM) pour automatiser le premier niveau de revue des exigences.<br>Sous la supervision d'un Ingénieur Système Architecture, vous serez chargé(e) de concevoir et de qualifier un prototype d'outil d'analyse automatique d'exigences. Vos missions se décomposeront en quatre phases :<br>1. Étude et Spécification (Analyse)<br>• Analyser la checklist de validation actuelle.<br>• Définir les items prioritaires (quels sont les items de la checklist qui sont le plus susceptibles d'être automatisables) (à faire avec le tuteur).<br>• Rédiger la spécification fonctionnelle de l'outil.<br>2. Développement de la Solution IA (Implémentation)<br>• Récuperer un LLM (Large Language Model) fonctionnel, interne à Safran.<br>• Implémenter une stratégie de RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pour permettre au modèle de s'appuyer sur le référentiel normatif et technique de Safran (et du produit plus particulièrement).<br>• Optimiser le "Prompt Engineering" pour garantir des réponses structurées et justifiées (l'IA doit expliquer pourquoi une exigence est invalidée).<br>• La solution (idéalement développée sous Python) devra particulièrement déterminer les inputs et outputs de chaque exigence. Elle devra aussi s'assurer de la bonne spécification des flux.<br>3. Qualification et Validation de l'Outil<br>• L'outil étant utilisé pour un système critique, sa fiabilité doit être prouvée.<br>• Constituer un jeu de données de test (exigences "correctes" vs exigences "erronées").<br>• Rédiger un Plan de Test et exécuter les campagnes de validation (mesure de la précision, du rappel et du taux de faux positifs).<br>4. To learn more please visit about GGGI web page.</p><p>In the Sultanate of Oman, under the oversight of the Regional Office (RO) for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Regional Director (RD) has been leading a multi-disciplinary team of experts to develop a partnership with the Government through the leadership of the Environment Authority (EA) to develop the "Accelerating Resilience and Innovation for Sustainable Ecosystems management" (ARISE) Program . The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs) . The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. The funding has been approved for Phase 1.</p><p>PURPOSE The Water Resource Management Officer (Civil Engineer) applies specialized civil engineering concepts under close supervision to support the planning, technical design, and implementation of water resource and related infrastructure under Phase 1 of the project. S/he assists in conducting engineering assessments, preparing technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates, and ensuring that all infrastructure complies with applicable standards, environmental requirements, and project work plans. Working closely with project teams and local counterparts, the Officer ensures that deliverables are produced in a timely manner to support broader project objectives within established scope, schedule, and budget.</p><p>ENGAGEMENT • Work closely with the Chief of Party (ARISE Program Lead), Regional Director, the Program Implementation Unit (PIU), the Regional PIU Support Team, and Stakeholders to support technical design of infrastructures and engineering assessments, complying with established GGGI policies, and Omani Government standards, while ensuring timely action and response. • Keep abreast on civil engineering changes in policies and regulations, and undertake timely strategic review of GGGI's country program ensuring continued relevance. • Maintain close communication with the PIU Team, MENA Regional Support Team, and Omani Authorities to share project requirements, coordinate field activities, and facilitate smooth technical collaboration. In consultation with the Regional PIU Support Team, advise the Program Director and PIU Team on general Engineering rules, standards of internal and external best practices, and supervision of construction works. • Provide timely and high-quality support to the ARISE Program Director and PIU Team for the effective end-to-end execution of the engineering assignments. • Perform other tasks assigned as per required instructions, in support of the implementation of initiatives assigned with the MENA Regional PIU Support team.</p><p>DELIVERY • Assist in conducting engineering assessments, site investigations, and feasibility studies for water resource infrastructure, ensuring technical, environmental, and economic viability. • Prepare and review technical designs, technical specifications, drawings, bills of quantities (BoQs), and cost estimates for project infrastructure. • Oversee the design and construction supervision of boreholes, water harvesting dams, storage facilities, distribution networks, irrigation systems, and associated civil works. • Design and supervise the installation of fog water harvesting (fog catchment) systems tailored to the climatic conditions of Dhofar Governorate. • Provide technical leadership for water conservation measures, including fencing, erosion control, and watershed protection structures. • Ensure all engineering works and documentation comply with national regulations, international engineering standards, environmental safeguards, and climate resilience requirements. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government entities, and local communities to facilitate effective implementation, quality assurance, and timely delivery of infrastructure works. • Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, review contractors' deliverables, and certify completed works in accordance with contractual requirements. • Identify engineering risks and propose practical, cost-effective solutions to address technical challenges during design and implementation. • Support procurement processes by preparing technical documentation, evaluating bids, and providing technical recommendations for contractor and consultant selection. • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, reporting, and knowledge sharing by documenting engineering progress, lessons learned, and best practices. • Strengthen the capacity of project staff and local stakeholders through technical guidance and on-the-job support in sustainable water resource infrastructure development. • Maintain a reputation for quality and reliability through the provision of services consistently and in keeping with the policies and principles of the organization</p><p>WORKING CONDITIONS Water Resource Management Officer is a G8NAT grade level in GGGI s national salary scale. GGGI provides 15% of base salary towards retirement plan/long-term savings, 27 days of annual leave, and private health insurance that covers dental and vision. The appointment is for an initial 24 months, renewable subject to performance and budget availability. Duty station: Salalah, Dhofar Governorate. <p><br></p><p>• Support the establishment and operationalization of the Bioeconomy Businesses Accelerator, supporting the growth and scaling of at least 1,000 green startups, micro-businesses, and SMEs in Dhofar. • Support capacity-building initiatives for government stakeholders (Output 1.3), developing and implementing a comprehensive Capacity Building Plan (CBP) to strengthen the public sector's readiness for SSEZ governance and management. • Provide strategic guidance for the institutional development and operationalization of the Oman Authority/Agency for SSEZ Implementation and Support (OASIS). • Design and implement comprehensive business skill training programs targeting local livestock owners, youth, and women • Provide technical expertise to structure micro-credit mechanisms that incentivize the adoption of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) and Nature-based Solutions (NbS).</p><p>• Engages extensively with key Omani government stakeholders to conduct capacity needs assessments and facilitate the institutional setup of OASIS. • Contribute to building strategic partnerships with Private Sector off-takers and supply chain leaders to secure market access, off-take agreements, and B2B linkages for the accelerated startups. • Collaborates with financial institutions, i.e., Oman Development Bank, Oman Future Fund, to facilitate access to micro-credits and green financing for rural entrepreneurs.</p><p>• Undertake a capacity-building needs assessment for stakeholders to deliver targeted training sessions and knowledge-sharing events. • Design and manage operations of the Bioeconomy Businesses Accelerator, supporting business development from ideation to earl-stagy growth. • Assist in the development and delivery of entrepreneurship and incubation training programs. • Ensure the integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) by prioritizing women and youth in the targeted Wilayats (Rakhyut, Dhalkot, Salalah, etc.). • Support the provision of technical assistance and financial support (micro-credits/grants) to beneficiaries transitioning to sustainable animal breeding and fodder production practices. • Organize and manage program events. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in business administration, entrepreneurship, public policy, sustainable development, economics, or a related field.</li><li>Preferred 7-10 years of relevant professional international experience related to entrepreneurship, business incubation & acceleration programs, SME development, and public sector capacity building.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing institutional capacity-building programs and governance frameworks for government stakeholders, ideally related to Special Economic Zones (SEZs) or green industrial parks.</li><li>Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by rural startups, agropastoral communities, and green entrepreneurs in developing or emerging economies.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in designing micro-credit schemes or mobilizing investment for early-stage startups and MSMEs.</li><li>Proficient written and spoken skills in both English and Arabic are requirement to effectively engage with Omani government officials and local communities.</li><li>At least 2 years of international experience living and working outside of home country.</li></ul>
<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Chief of Corporate Support Officer provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the administrative, human resources, technology, and communications functions of Mazoon Mining Company.</p><p>The CCSO ensures all supporting functions operate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives, applicable Omani law, MDO shareholder governance requirements, and the directives of the CEO and Board of Directors.</p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>STRATEGIC PLANNING & ADMINISTRATION</p><p>1. Strategic Planning & Administration</p><ul><li>Develop and implement the administrative strategy in alignment with the Company's overall strategic plan.</li><li>Provide strategic advice to the CEO on HR, IT, and communications matters.</li><li>Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for all functions under the CCSO's oversight.</li><li>Ensure all administrative policies and procedures are current, compliant with Omani law, and aligned with MDO governance requirements.</li></ul><p>2.
