<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Purpose of the Role</strong><p>To develop, review, and support engineering design deliverables for offshore modular fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international codes, constructability, and fabrication yard requirements.</p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Prepare and review <strong>design and fabrication drawings</strong>for offshore modules, including:<ul><li>Structural steel modules</li><li>Skids, frames, decks, and pipe racks</li></ul></li><li>Develop <strong>GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings</strong>, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with <strong>project specifications, client requirements</strong>, and applicable international standards.</li><li>Coordinate closely with <strong>fabrication, production, QA/QC, and planning teams</strong> to ensure design constructability and minimize site issues.</li><li>Participate in <strong>constructability reviews</strong> and value engineering exercises.</li></ul> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Purpose of the Role</strong><p>To execute, supervise, and support electrical and instrumentation engineering activities for offshore modular fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and fabrication yard practices.</p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Execute and support <strong>Electrical &amp; Instrumentation engineering activities</strong> for offshore modules, skids, and packages.</li><li>Coordinate with <strong>design, fabrication, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams</strong> to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Provide engineering support during <strong>fabrication, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning</strong> activities.</li><li>Ensure installation complies with <strong>approved drawings, specifications, and standards</strong>.</li><li>Handle <strong>Technical Queries (TQs), RFIs, deviations</strong>, and interface issues during fabrication.</li><li>Support <strong>loop checking, functional testing, meggering, continuity checks</strong>, and calibration activities.</li></ul> </div>

<p><h4>Description</h4> <p>Metallic and non-metallic piping experience needed.</p> <p>Qualification should be engineering (Mech or Civil).</p> <p>Computer knowledge: MS Office, Word, Excel, and PPT mandatory with good skills required in these.</p> <p>Communication skills: Client meetings, internal handling with production and procurement team, MOM preparation, and report making are needed.</p> <p>Some knowledge about site activity will be an added advantage.</p> <p>Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel, working under pressure.</p> <p>Some knowledge about ERP system; training can be provided if needed.</p> <p>Ability to understand the piping GA, isometrics, and alignment sheet drawings will be an added advantage.</p> <p>Work location: Sohar, Oman. Full-time permanent position; this is not a contract role.</p> <p>Joining date: Willing to join immediately.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 2 to 5 years in Oil & Gas field.</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> 350 to 500 OMR based on experience and knowledge.</p> <p>Visa: 2 years work visa will be provided.</p> <p>Food, accommodation, transport, medical, and insurance will be provided by the company.</p> <p>12 months once, 30 days paid annual leave will be provided.</p></p><p></p>
