<p>The Production Delivery Supervisor oversees the daily operations of oil field production, ensuring that safety, efficiency, and output targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to both operational and HSE regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, supervising field personnel, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of products. <p>Conduct Analysis on Actual spent vs Solomon benchmark, develop strategies and action plans to improve in lagging areas (to next Quartile)</p>
<p>Focal point for Solomon studies regarding the maintenance function, leading the collection of data for the study inputs tables to be submitted to Operating Excellence team.</p>

<p>Prepare, Validate and issuance of periodic maintenance performance reports (daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly etc.)</p>

<p>Analysis of maintenance performance KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvements.</p>
