The platform is a greenfield central securities depository being built to go-live in 2027, designed to operate as a regulated financial market infrastructure from day one.</p>
<p>This is one of the two most important hires the organisation will make. We are not looking for a process-led project administrator. We are looking for a delivery-obsessed operator who hustles for outcomes, pushes the organisation when it needs pushing, and knows precisely when to escalate and pull in support rather than letting an issue fester. The project manager forms a tight core delivery unit with the programme director and the product owner, and is accountable for the end-to-end internal delivery of the platform and the operating model that surrounds it.</p>

A track record of delivering against fixed regulatory or external deadlines. Recognised qualification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or equivalent. Fluent in English.</p>

Communicate best practices for generating creative revenue opportunities.<br>• Performs other duties as appropriate.<br>• <br>Building Successful Relationships<br>• Leverage deployed account resources to drive business for properties for identified hotels to pull-through business to grow account share.<br>• Participates in community and hotel networking events (e.g., Rotary Clubs, RI Social Hours, Chamber of Commerce, etc).<br>• Visits neighborhood target and local small business accounts and coordinate follow up efforts.<br>• Coordinates with Property Sales Leader to understand needs and priorities of stakeholder hotels to identify focus areas.<br>• Works collaboratively with all sales channels (e.g. the Multi-Hotel Sales, Account Sales and Global Sales) to establish coordinated sales efforts that are complementary, and not duplicative.<br>• Handles customer care issues and as necessary, refers them to the appropriate owner.<br>• Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.<br>• Services customers to obtain and grow share of the account.<br>• Executes and supports the company’s customer service standards.<br>• Engages in property related events that support the development of new accounts (e.g., General Manager (GM) Reception, Concierge Level hospitality, etc.).<br>• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.<br>At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
