Develops the implementation of the policies and procedures approved by the stock exchange in the continuity of operation of the software, applications, and systems in use during emergency and crisis periods. Oversees the periodic and emergency maintenance operations on the software, applications, and systems in use by finding solutions to all the problems and difficulties that it faces, correcting all the deviations resulting from it, and recommending future solutions to avoid it. Develops the programming design studies before the design process, supervises the experience of the programs and tests them, and records and documents the procedures for the operation of the programs and systems used.
