<p>Lead and govern OQ8 digitalization initiatives by identifying, prioritizing and delivering fit-for-purpose digital solutions that simplify and standardize business processes, improve data visibility and decision making, and enhance user experience. The role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable digital products/automation (e.g., low-code, workflow, integrations, RPA and analytics), ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, vendor management, solution quality, cyber/IT compliance, and benefits realization across Muscat and Duqm operations.</p>

Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Store Manager, Store management team providing value-added services on people-related issues that are critical to achieving the business priorities and objectives.</p>
