<p>Manage the day-to-day development and delivery of assigned projects within OMRAN's development portfolio. The Development Manager is responsible for coordinating scope, cost, schedule, quality, HSE and stakeholder actions across assigned project phases, ensuring delivery through projects stage-gate programme</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Plan and sequence construction activities and mobilize
resources in advance</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Identify critical path risks early and propose mitigation
measures to the Division Head</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure timely project completion, handover documentation,
and as-built records</span></span></span></li></ul><p><b><span><span>Project Cost & Margin Management</span></span></b></p><br><ul><li><span><span><span>Control actual project costs within the approved budget
baseline</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Manage direct staff costs within the approved project
staffing budget</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Provide accurate cost-to-complete updates to the Project
Controls team, including early reporting of potential cost overruns</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Identify variations and changes on site and notify Project
Controls within the contractual time limits</span></span></span></li></ul><p><b><span><span>Site Management & Subcontractor Performance</span></span></b></p><br><ul><li><span><span><span>Direct site operations, workforce deployment, and daily work
sequencing</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their programme,
quality, and safety performance</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to meet
project requirements</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Maintain site security, housekeeping, and workforce welfare
arrangements</span></span></span></li></ul><p><b><span><span>Quality, Safety & Client Relationship Management</span></span></b></p><br><ul><li><span><span><span>Ensure all construction works meet the required quality
standards and rectify non-conformances promptly</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Implement safety controls established by the EHS team and
support the independence of site assurance personnel</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants
and act as the first point of escalation for site-related matters</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery</span></span><br></span></li></ul><br><span>Requirements</span><ul><li><span><span><span>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical
Engineering</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Project Manager role preferred</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Previous construction experience in Oman preferred</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, site
