- تجميع معلومات معقدة في رؤى واضحة ومختصرة وجاهزة لاتخاذ القرار للإدارة
- التأكد من اتساق وتقاطع جميع التقارير عبر المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة
- إنشاء وإنفاذ سير عمل منظم، مما يحسن الكفاءة ويقضي على الانفصال بين الفرق
- التصرف كواجهة رئيسية عبر التخصصات ومع العميل، وتوحيد التوقعات والمخرجات
- تحديد القضايا مبكرًا، وتحمل المسؤولية، ودفع الحلول عبر الفرق
- التشغيل تحت الضغط لتقديم مخرجات عالية الجودة ضمن جداول زمنية ضيقة

- خبرة 12+ عامًا في بيئات EPC/EPCm، مع تعرّض لمشروعات رأس مال كبيرة وتقديم محفظة مشاريع متعددة
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة أو تنسيق فرق مراقبة المشروع والتكلفة أو التخطيط في بيئات التسليم المعقدة
- خلفية فنية قوية في إدارة التكلفة والتخطيط، مع القدرة على فهم وتحدي المخرجات عبر التخصصات
- خبرة في العمل عبر أطر تقارير التكلفة والجدول والأداء المتكاملة
- خبرة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك التفاعلات مع العملاء ضمن بيئات المشاريع الكبرى
- درجة في الهندسة أو مسح الكميات أو مراقبة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة (عادة مطلوبة لأغراض التأشيرة والامتثال)

Core responsibilities
- Lead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clear priorities, delivery focus, and accountability
- Drive integration of cost, schedule, and progress data, ensuring alignment and a single version of the truth
- Consolidate complex information into clear, concise, and decision-ready insights for management
- Ensure all reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned across projects and stakeholders
- Establish and enforce structured workflows, improving efficiency and eliminating disconnects across teams
- Act as the key interface across disciplines and with the client, aligning expectations and outputs
- Identify issues early, take ownership, and drive resolution across teams
- Operate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Improve processes and ways of working in a practical and implementable manner
- Bring together fragmented teams and environments into a cohesive, aligned function

Minimum requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in EPC/EPCm environments, with exposure to large capital projects and multi-project portfolio delivery
- Proven experience leading or coordinating project controls, cost, or planning teams in complex delivery environments
- Strong technical background in cost management and planning, with the ability to understand and challenge outputs across disciplines
- Demonstrable experience working across integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting frameworks
- Experience managing stakeholders, including client-facing interactions within major project environments
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or a related discipline (typically required for visa and compliance purposes)
