<h4>Job role and responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Participates in proposals for tax projects and multifunctional projects including proposal writing, coordination with other parties for inputs into the proposal, part of the team interacting with clients during the entire proposal process on occasion.<br>
Delivers high quality tax engagements for manager/partner review in a timely manner.<br>
Starts to build relationships with other functions and network offices, as well as lawyers, investment managers, and other relevant external contact network.<br>

Implement debtor management operations in line with the corporate government debt management objectives and overall organization focus. Align the priorities of debt management activities with the overall customer service objectives of the business. Adhere to and implement debtors management policies and procedures to support the achievement of the targeted DSO rate and customer satisfaction levels for government customers. Perform debt management operations for government customers in a timely manner. Follow up on debt management operations and activities for government customers in line with the Company s debt management strategy. Identify defaulting government customers and issue timely notifications through approved channels, including SMS, letters, emails, telephone calls, and meetings, in accordance with collection and credit policies. Follow up on the SLA implementation with the distribution business of DC/RC operations for defaulting government customers in line with the Revenue Collections Strategy of the company. Review monthly government debt management KPIs with the direct supervisor to support the achievement of annual targets.
