Knowledge of conduction regular/periodic inspection Promoting EHS culture through campaign &amp; competition</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>1. Talent Management Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and development planning.</li><li>2. Employee Engagement Design and implement employee engagement calendar. Organize the session according to Employee Engagement calendar.</li><li>3. Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment activities for staff. Source candidates through recruitment agencies, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms. Interviews &amp; Onboarding</li><li>4. Learning &amp; Development (Training) Identify training needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and competency assessments. Prepare annual training plans. Coordinate internal and external training programs.</li><li>5. HR MIS &amp; Analytics Maintain and generate HR dashboards and management reports. Analyze workforce data, including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, training metrics, and employee demographics.</li><li>6. Visa &amp; Immigration Management</li><li>7. <p>To supervise, coordinate, and control all scaffolding activities within the fabrication yard, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolds in compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and company HSE requirements. Scaffolding Operations Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas. Ensure scaffolding works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements. Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve daily production targets. Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure uninterrupted work execution. Monitor scaffold material utilization and prevent loss, damage, or misuse. Safety &amp; Compliance Ensure full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and international scaffolding standards. Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.</p>

<p>To plan, coordinate, and supervise fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to static equipment, rotary equipment, and packaged units for offshore oil &amp; gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule commitments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Production Planning &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Execute fabrication and installation activities for equipment and rotary packages in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate daily production activities to achieve planned targets and project milestones.</li><li>Review engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics, vendor documents, and construction work packs before execution.</li><li>Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.</li><li>Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing rework.</li></ul>

<p>Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures. Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.) Procedure demonstration by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards. Review Inspection reports and certificates Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per Company written practice Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly. Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation. Resolve Day to day problems at site in coordination with Cleint. Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Develop, prepare, and approve procedures for all Advanced NDT related services, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards. Carry out investigation and provide correction / corrective actions for non- conformances/customer complaints. Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring. Data Interpretation and reporting.</p>

<p>To develop, coordinate, and deliver Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs for employees, workmen, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Training &amp; Development</p><ul><li>Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.</li><li>Deliver safety training sessions on topics such as:</li><ul><li>Work at Height</li><li>Confined Space Entry</li><li>Lifting &amp; Rigging</li><li>Hot Work Safety</li><li>Electrical Safety</li><li>Permit to Work (PTW)</li><li>Fire Prevention &amp; Emergency Response</li><li>Incident Reporting &amp; Investigation</li><li>Defensive Driving</li><li>PPE Usage and Awareness</li></ul><li>Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.</li><li>Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and assessment tools.</li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, examinations, and field observations.</li></ul>
