لإشراف وتنسيق ومراقبة جميع أنشطة السقالات داخل ساحة التصنيع، مع ضمان إقامة آمنة وتعديل وفحص وصيانة وتفكيك السقالات وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح التنظيمية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة. إشــراف عمليات السقالات الإشراف على إقامة السقالات والتعديل وتفكيكها عبر مناطق التصنيع والتجميع والتركيب والطلاء والتفريغ. ضمان تنفيذ أعمال السقالات وفق الرسومات المعتمدة وبيانات الطريقة ومتطلبات المشروع. تخصيص القوى العاملة والأدوات والمعدات لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية. التنسيق مع فرق البناء وخطة الجودة والتخطيط والصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان تنفيذ العمل دون انقطاع. مراقبة استخدام مواد السقالات ومنع الفقدان أو التلف أو سوء الاستخدام. السلامة والامتثال ضمان الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير الدولية للسقالات. عقد محادثات صندوق الأداة واجتماعات قبل العمل وجلسات التوعية بالسلامة.
To supervise, coordinate, and control all scaffolding activities within the fabrication yard, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolds in compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and company HSE requirements. Scaffolding Operations Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas. Ensure scaffolding works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements. Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve daily production targets. Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure uninterrupted work execution. Monitor scaffold material utilization and prevent loss, damage, or misuse. Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and international scaffolding standards. Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.
