À ce titre, vous assurez le pilotage technique du produit depuis l'analyse du besoin jusqu'à sa validation.<br>Dans cet objectif, vos activités principales seront les suivantes :<br>Pilotage technique produit :<br>Vous êtes responsable de la cohérence technique et de la performance de votre produit :<br>- Définir les spécifications produit et décliner les exigences vers les sous-systèmes ;<br>- Évaluer les architectures candidates et contribuer aux choix d'architecture ;<br>- Réaliser les analyses de compromis (trade-offs) en coordination avec les architectes système ;<br>- Piloter les analyses de risques produit (DFMEA) ;<br>- Garantir la tenue des performances et la conformité aux exigences ;<br>- Construire la stratégie de validation et de vérification ;<br>- Contribuer à la démarche APQP de votre produit.<br>Coordination technique :<br>- Organiser et animer les revues de conception ;<br>- Assurer le support technique aux équipes d'ingénierie et aux partenaires en charge du développement des sous-systèmes ;<br>- Piloter les choix techniques et l'optimisation technico-économique des solutions (démarche CCXO) ;<br>- Analyser les besoins du client et contribuer à la définition ainsi qu'à la validation des spécifications.<br>Vous êtes responsable de la cohérence technique et de la performance de votre produit :<br>- Définir les spécifications produit et décliner les exigences vers les sous-systèmes ;<br>- Évaluer les architectures candidates et contribuer aux choix d'architecture ;<br>- Réaliser les analyses de compromis (trade-offs) en coordination avec les architectes système ;<br>- Piloter les analyses de risques produit ;<br>- Garantir la tenue des performances et la conformité aux exigences ;<br>- Construire la stratégie de validation et de vérification ;<br>Travail en équipe projet<br>Intégré(e) à une organisation matricielle, vous travaillez sous la responsabilité d'un responsable de lot et en interaction permanente avec les équipes produit, les bureaux d'études, les architectes système et les responsables projets.<br>Cette proximité avec les différents métiers vous permet d'acquérir une vision globale du système et de contribuer directement aux décisions techniques majeures du programme.</p><br><br><p>Pour en savoir plus sur nos activités : https://www.safran-electronics-defense.com/fr/video/631?shadowbox=1 </p><br><br><p>Profil recherché<br>Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans le développement de systèmes à dominante mécanique ou mécatronique, idéalement acquise dans les secteurs aéronautique, spatial, défense ou industriel.<br>Compétences techniques<br>Solides connaissances en ingénierie système et architecture produit ;<br>Maîtrise du développement de systèmes complexes à dominante mécanique et/ou mécatronique ;<br>Expérience de la spécification, de la justification technique et de la validation de produits ;<br>Connaissance des démarches d'analyse de risques (DFMEA) et des processus de développement produit ;<br>Capacité à appréhender les problématiques techniques dans leur globalité et à réaliser des arbitrages techniques argumentés.<br>Qualités personnelles<br>Fort sens physique, pragmatisme et goût pour les sujets techniques complexes ;<br>Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;<br>Rigueur et sens de l'organisation ;<br>Force de proposition et capacité à identifier des solutions innovantes ;<br>Créativité et aptitude à remettre en question les modes de fonctionnement établis afin d'améliorer les performances du produit ou du projet.<br>Compétences relationnelles<br>Excellent relationnel et capacités de communication ;<br>Qualités d'écoute et de conviction ;<br>Aptitude à travailler en environnement transverse et à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires ;<br>Capacité à interagir avec l'ensemble des métiers de l'entreprise ainsi qu'avec les partenaires, fournisseurs et clients.</p><br><br><br> </div>
