01 About the role What this role is about. Lead our Oman-based compliance practice, working with regulated clients across financial services, healthcare, and government. You will own the regulatory baseline for client engagements translating local frameworks into actionable controls and evidence. This role suits a compliance-led practitioner who has lived in audit cycles, can hold their own with regulators, and writes a clean evidence pack.

02 What you'll do Day-to-day, week-to-week. Own client regulatory baselines (Oman PDPL, sector-specific frameworks) Lead compliance discovery and gap-analysis engagements Produce regulator-ready evidence and run audit-cycle programmes Train client teams on framework requirements and ongoing operations Work closely with the NAS Riyadh and Cairo teams on cross-border engagements

Desired Candidate Profile

03 What you bring Who we are looking for. 8+ years in compliance, audit, or GRC roles Direct experience with at least one Gulf regulatory framework (Oman PDPL, SAMA, NCA, CMA) CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA, or equivalent certification Exceptional written communication your audit packs are the deliverable Arabic fluency strongly preferred
