<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of LV and ELV electrical systems for commercial building projects.</p></li><li><p>Review electrical shop drawings, method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals before execution.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate electrical works with MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and resolve site clashes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical installations comply with approved drawings, IEC standards, and local authority requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare RFIs, inspection requests, technical documentation, and project progress reports.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to obtain approvals and resolve technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the installation of transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, power distribution, and ELV systems.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and project specifications throughout construction activities.</p></li><li><p>Support project planning, progress monitoring, and successful project handover within budget and schedule.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>10 years</strong> of experience in electrical engineering within the commercial construction industry, including GCC experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in LV and ELV systems, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical design principles such as load calculations and cable sizing.</p></li><li><p>Thorough knowledge of IEC, NFPA, Gulf standards, and local authority approval requirements.</p></li><li><p>Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills with experience in commercial and hospitality projects.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
