UX Research Jobs in Oman

<p>We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Product Designer (UI/UX &amp; Brand) to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user friendly experiences across our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, transforming ideas into effective designs, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver digital experiences that meet both user expectations and business objectives.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behavior.</li><li>Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.</li><li>Design intuitive and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and interface guidelines to ensure consistency across Digital Mall products.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.</li><li>Prepare organized design files, specifications, assets, and documentation for developers.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.</li><li>At least one year of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Experience in Figma &amp; Adobe Products (2+ years)</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li></ul>

<p>This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.</li><li>Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.</li><li>Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functionalities.</li><li>Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven UI/UX experience.</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Up-to-date experience with leading design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.</li><li>Experience with user interface design, user experience design, and interaction design.</li><li>Proficiency in prototyping tools.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Proven UI/UX experience.
