<p>1. JOB PURPOSE </p>
<p>This position delivers sales fundamentals of distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing at the marketplace for the assigned territory outlets and access to remote locations, working towards achieving monthly volume & value sales targets. It involves defining and developing the van territory coverage plans per set and agreed daily journey.</p>
<p>This position is responsible for promoting sales through regular visit to customer and retail merchandising outlets, ensuring adequacy of stock (availability) and visibility of company products. Additional responsibilities of managing sales for the mobile store (van) including operating a cash register, helping customers locate specific goods, answer queries or close sales transactions. Though this is an entry-level position, it plays a critical role in the product delivery process function to remote locations through the mobile store and responsible to delivering the goods in lorries/trucks as per directions of the sales supervisor.</p>

Conduct IT audits covering ITGC, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure, as per the approved Internal Audit Plan, analyzing data to assess. Develop and implement audit programs, including risk assessments, control matrix, and procedures based on guidance from Senior IT Auditor/Section Head. Collect and maintain proper audit evidence, ensuring accurate working papers, conclusions, and files are maintained in accordance with the division's policies. Perform data analysis within assigned audit areas to identify trends, anomalies, and control weaknesses. Ensure adherence to set IT Audit KPIs, reporting high-risk observations, and tracking implementation progress for observations, risk severity, cost saving, and revenue/loss optimization opportunities. <p><h4>Job overview</h4>
<p>The chief AGE mechanic supervises, trains AGE technicians and performs inspections, maintenance and servicing and storage of assigned AGE. Maintains and inspects hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems to include turbine, diesel and gasoline driven AGE. Responsible for the day-to-day AGE shop operations and communicates with the AGE superintendent to assure work priorities are met. Accomplishes work in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data. Ensures compliance with performance work statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).</p>
<h4>Principal accountabilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Primary supervisor to train AGE mechanics and perform periodic inspection, maintenance and repair actions on assigned AGE assets.</li>
<li>Stocks, maintains and requisitions parts, tools and supplies to perform required work on assets.</li>
<li>Prepares AGE/FLSE and other equipment for exercises or actual deployments.</li>
<li>Responds to enquiries concerning storage and status of assigned equipment.</li>
<li>Utilizes testing of diagnostic equipment while troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, fuel and pneumatic systems and components for serviceability.</li>
<li>Prepares and completes documentation including work orders, US Air Force supply and Amentum forms, updates historical data and coordinates actions required with work orders.</li>
<li>Directs maintenance by maintenance action sheets, US Air Force technical orders and Amentum directives.</li>
<li>Develops standard for subordinates, implements the precept of quality assurance within the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard (QMS), ensures that all work is completed to quality standards and provides employees with feedback on their progress.</li>

<li>Conducts on-the-job training for AGE mechanics on assigned AGE/FLSE, safety, material safety data sheets, security awareness and other subjects. Prepares and updates training records.</li>

<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>

<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>Will be required to operate material handling equipment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Five years' experience with the US Air Force or civilian organization in the field of aircraft ground support equipment maintenance required.</li>
<li>Ability to review electrical and electronic systems using wiring diagrams and schematics required.</li>
<li>Practical experience of flow charts used to maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems required.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.</li>

<p>The chief AGE mechanic supervises, trains AGE technicians and performs inspections, maintenance and servicing and storage of assigned AGE. The job holders are required to continuously improve organizational capabilities, processes, procedures, practices, lead a team of technical and non-technical employees to achieve day to day tasks and overall departmental objective, ensure the section performs in line with the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Established Policy and Procedures.</p><p>The position will act in accordance with OQ8 s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.</p><p>Lead the team for the development and delivery of a range of Administration & Logistics services, including office contracts and provision of admin management, transportation, etc., that contributes to building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, business partners, and suppliers) which enhance OQ8 operation ensuring OQ8 staff and other stakeholders are satisfied with the services provided.</p><p>Supervise the travel requirements for the business and vendors to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.</p><p>Supervise the office premises Administration & Logistics (leases, contracts, and service level agreements) according to OQ8 s guideline and provide with preferred suppliers quotations analyzed and financial threshold requirements.</p><p>Manage the office contacts database regularly updated and relationships well maintained.</p><p>Feedback obtained from customers, business partners and other stakeholders is acted on.</p><p>Process all payment according to terms and conditions of the contracts and leases.</p><p>Review and regularly update the Business Continuity Plan, to ensure its effective communication and understanding across the operation.</p><p>Always keep office vehicles in good condition. Supervise the weekly check of the vehicle log for journeys, repair, maintenance, and other expenses for audit purposes.</p><p>Supervise OQ8 office storage, and maintain it in good condition, (stocked well-arranged and fits for purposes).</p><p>Supervise the orders of office newspapers, printed supplies, and stationery reviewed for the efficient use of staff.</p><p>Support OQ8 team on arrangements for office events provided to good quality of service.</p><p>Support provided for staff including information and logistics arrangements for their arrival, settling in, residence, and departure.
