<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.<br>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. The Manager HC Intelligence acts as Human Capital s accountable business owner and subject-matter partner for workforce data, analytics and AI initiatives. <p>To lead, develop, and continuously enhance OETC's Talent Planning function by designing, implementing, and governing integrated talent planning frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, foster a high performance culture, and ensure sustainable leadership and talent pipelines. The role is accountable for the strategic planning, governance, and continuous improvement of performance management, competency management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, mobility, and talent analytics, ensuring alignment with OETC's business strategy and organisational objectives.</p>

<p> Develop and implement the OETC Talent Planning Strategy aligned with the business plan, Oman Vision 2040, and NAMA Group guidelines.</p>
<p> Lead and continuously enhance OETC's Performance Management Framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, organisational priorities, and leading practices. </p>
<p> Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, including Objective setting, KPI cascading, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, moderation, calibration, and performance reporting. </p>
<p> Champion a high-performance culture by embedding continuous performance conversations, accountability, coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance ownership across the organisation </p>
<p> Develop, implement, and continuously enhance OETC's Competency Framework covering technical, behavioural, leadership, and functional competencies, ensuring integration across the talent lifecycle. </p>
<p> Lead organisation-wide Succession Planning by identifying critical positions, assessing successor readiness, facilitating succession reviews, and developing succession strategies and development plans. </p>
<p> Facilitate Talent Review and Calibration sessions to identify high potential employees, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support objective talent decisions. </p>
<p> Develop and maintain Career Development frameworks, career advancement, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth and organisational capability. </p>
<p> Develop, implement, and continuously enhance OETC's Mobility Framework to facilitate the effective deployment of talent, support career development, address business capability requirements, and strengthen organisational agility. </p>
<p> Partner with the Learning & Development Section to ensure learning interventions address competency gaps, succession priorities, performance outcomes, and organisational capability requirements.</p>
<p> Develop Talent Planning dashboards and workforce analytics to provide leadership with insights into organisational performance, succession readiness, capability gaps, mobility, talent risks, and workforce trends. </p>
<p> Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Talent Planning policies, procedures, governance documents, standards, and operating frameworks.</p>
<p> Support Workforce Planning and Organisation Development initiatives by providing strategic talent insights, capability analysis, and evidence-based recommendations.</p>
<p> Coach, mentor, and develop the Talent Planning team to build a strategically capable, high-performing function.</p>
<p> Knowledge and Understanding of the Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 55001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.</p>
