<p>Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. <p>To oversee and manage the operational activities during the shift, monitor operational performance and provide technical support to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety of ACWA Operations plant, whilst achieving the shift production targets.</p><p>Key Accountabilities</p><p>People Management</p><p>Supervise the activities and work of the team members during the shift to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.</p><p>Operations Management</p><p>Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support dealing with all process / operational related matters and activities during the shift to ensure optimal plant operations in a timely manner. Oversee the day to day activities of shift staff and manage all plant operating activities ensuring they are executed in a safe and efficient manner so that the operational area meets required targets. Review all current work instructions, SOPs, processes and procedures and recommend necessary changes to the Operations Manager, ensuring process efficiency and optimization of resources. Monitor operational performance and make quick decisions to correct abnormalities or disturbances, taking corrective actions during a state of emergency. Coordinate with all other departments for activities that are related to plant operations during the shift and ensure their timely execution as per the plan.</p><p>Technical Guidance</p><p>Provide technical expertise and support to the team, advise on optimization of operations for each unit in accordance with NOMAC s HSE policies and procedures to meet required standards. Implement special testing programs as necessary to evaluate and resolve process problems, review operating logs process control printouts, daily/weekly/special reports and participate in the analysis of respective causes of problems, recommending changes or alterations to operating parameters in order to avoid recurrence of problems.</p><p>Maintenance Support</p><p>Collaborate with Maintenance team during the shift and ensure that any minor / major activities like commissioning and start-up activities are completed in a safe manner, as per the established plan. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant HSSE and permit to work system, instructions and controls and procedures are complied with so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.</p><p>Relationship Management</p><p>Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external contractors while promptly attending to all critical technical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner. Represent the plant in all technical meetings to handle any escalated technical matters,to ensure timely resolution of issues.</p><p>SAP Administration</p><p>Administer SAP processes within the operations section and ensure adherance to SAP guidelines in all related aspects of annual and monthly planning, scheduling, data management such as breakdowns review, corrective maintenance notification, creating work orders and planning in order to ensure data/system integrity in line with ACWA Operations defined standards. Ensure all system documents are up to date in order to comply with ACWA Operations quality standards.</p><p>Health, Safety, Security & Environment</p><p>Monitor the adherence to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. <p>Ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of OETC s assets. This role involves developing and optimizing maintenance plans using CMMS and leveraging data from the online condition monitoring system. The engineer ensures alignment with global best practices, including ISO 55001, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to address asset performance issues and enhance maintenance strategies</p>
<p> Assist with the development of Asset Performance Framework, Strategies, Objectives, Plans, and Asset Risk Register.</p>
<p> Develop, upload, and manage annual maintenance plans in the CMMS, utilizing historical data and asset performance trends to optimize reliability and minimize downtime</p>
<p> Assist in the development and implementation of best-practice asset management standards, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 55001 and other global standards</p>
<p> Review, validate, and update work orders in the CMMS to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with maintenance schedules</p>

<p> <strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> </p>
<p>To ensure the effective implementation of efficient Work and Outage management process /execution in each cluster business. Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of the respective business processes together with cost-driven value creation (inventory, maintenance digitalization,.) to position the fleet within the top quartile globally over the project lifecycle.</p>

<p> <strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: </strong> </p>
<p> <strong>Plant performance:</strong> </p>

<li>Monitor and report the cluster KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, highlighting deviation and record reasons for variance. Prepare an action plan to close the gaps, in close coordination with each site, to ensure timely corrective action with all concerned Cluster stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure Cluster business monthly MIS report is prepared, circulated to all stakeholders highlighting the achievements of KPI targets.</li>
<li>Ensure Audits observations related to work Planning and process within a cluster are properly addressed and closure in time to improve plant performance and customer satisfaction</li>

<p> <strong>Maintenance Planning Outage Management: </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure an effective implementation of the Maintenance Strategy including Critical assets PM alignment with EPRI, SCD management and SPOF Mitigation Planning corporate guideline.</li>
<li>Ensure the corporate Maintenance Planning and Scheduling procedure, computerized maintenance management processes are effectively implemented to a prudent maintenance planning regime.</li>
<li>Drive the continuous improvement process of Maintenance Procedures/ programs to ensure high level of reliability and resource efficiency within the business.</li>
<li>To ensure an effective Planned Maintenance Optimization program for each of the assets within the cluster, to ensure resources utilization based on Criticality and improve wrench time.</li>
<li>Carryout analysis of similar assets PM efforts within a cluster and calibrate with other clusters to ensure standardization across the fleets aligning with corporate guideline.</li>
<li>Carryout periodic Cluster assessment to ensure an effective maintenance program implementation, execution, and closure with quality records.</li>
<li>Ensure SPOF & Critical equipment Spares, BOM availability and support cluster business in Spares replenishment process coordinating with business and SCM.</li>
<li>Ensure that Corporate Outage Management Procedure is effectively implemented across the cluster complying KPI at each outage phase.</li>
<li>Ensure close coordination with NMES to align the outage schedule and optimize resources loading within a cluster (as applicable).</li>
<li>Ensure availability of critical spares and right sufficient resources in place and on time as per outage event</li>
<li>Coordinate with the cluster engineering team to ensure Outage TILS, insurance recommendation, ROS enhancement outage related jobs are planned adequately.</li>

<li>Ensure effective implementation of Project Mobilization and takeover procedure in the cluster business as applicable for new projects.</li>
<li>Ensure updated mobilization plans within the cluster with its regular follow up, reporting of major deviations from agreed plan and mitigation.</li>
<li>Work with Cluster management and new project site teams in the development of lifecycle maintenance planning (in accordance with OEM recommendation and EPRI PMBD).</li>
<li>Support respective cluster plant in preparation of master mobilization plan achieving O&M readiness before COD/PCOD.</li>
<li>Support business in the preparation of CMMS master data aligning with the standard including criticality ranking, SCD, SPOF identification as per corporate procedure.</li>

<li>Monitor and report the Maintenance cost variances v/s budget to cluster management and add value in mitigation action plan to improve financial bottom line.</li>
