claims, and settlements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).</p></li><li><p>4-6 years of experience in FMCG/Retail Buying or Category Management, with focus on Non-Food categories in Retail.</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in managing Household, Cleaning, Personal Care, and Grocery Non-Food products.</p></li><li><p>Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of BDA, trade deal structures, and category profitability management.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).</p></li><li><p>Excellent planning, organization, and time management
