<p>1. Job Title - General Manager Reports directly to: Chairman Board of Directors.</p><p>2. Job Purpose To establish, manage and control the new Company by providing direction and governance functions ensuring the success of the organization. Shall be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the organization by the direction and policies established by the Board.</p><p>3. Company Operations : Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization. Direct, control and develop the operation of the mining and crushing in Duqm SEZ by the required legislative framework and appropriate industry practices with adherence to policies, standards, and procedures in all areas of operations. Oversee the Project Planning, Projects execution, control. Oversees the Tender management and Contract Administration of the organization. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Team Building : Creates a highly efficient and positive culture for employees and ensures that employees are working together in the same direction. Budget Prepare budget, manage and control OPEX and CAPEX by approved plans. Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting, and audit. Relationship : Engage and develop key stakeholder relationships. Manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and the local community. Coordination Coordinate with ministries and government agencies, banks, financial institutions, media, national and international agencies as required. Related to the operations of the company. Representation : Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and formal functions. Communication with Board : Updates the Board regularly on the development of the organization s activities and all the important factors influencing it. Revenue Generation: Prepares an effective revenue generation plan for the organization. Shareholder Wealth Set appropriate goals to enhance the shareholder wealth. Natural resources Make plans for the effective and maximize the usage of natural resources. Local Community Maintain open and effective channels of communication with the local community. HSE Compliance : Follow all HSE regulations. Oversees and ensures the compliance of Health Safety and Environment and Quality policies of the organization are religiously met by the organization s standards and line with the statutes of the State. Staff Training : Drive the development of Omani nationals. Ensure that training of the national manpower is carried out in a plan of action and a leadership accession career path is adequately planned for. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>POSITION SUMMARY Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.</p><p>Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
