Oversee the Project Planning, Projects execution, control. Oversees the Tender management and Contract Administration of the organization. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Team Building : Creates a highly efficient and positive culture for employees and ensures that employees are working together in the same direction. Budget Prepare budget, manage and control OPEX and CAPEX by approved plans. Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting, and audit. Relationship : Engage and develop key stakeholder relationships. Manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and the local community. Coordination Coordinate with ministries and government agencies, banks, financial institutions, media, national and international agencies as required. Related to the operations of the company. <p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements.
