Working in gender-balanced pairs to ensure Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and cultural sensitivity,, the Assistant serves as the primary bridge between the Program and the local agropastoral communities. Equipped with program transport for remote access, the incumbent leads the roll-out of the "Because I Care About Biodiversity (BICAB)" awareness campaign and mobilizes traditional livestock breeders to adopt Nature-based Solutions (NbS).
