This team is responsible for generating, executing, and fostering Scale’s work with governments and government-backed entities outside of the United States.<br><br>We develop bespoke solutions that leverage our customers’ proprietary data and expertise to transform their organizations with AI. The operator plays a key role in supporting seamless operations by ensuring data quality and adherence to established procedures. <strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong> • Monitor, manage and troubleshoot the Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily • operations. • Performs a variety of skilled duties in support of the (AMI) team including reading, building, programming, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and Routing AMI meters. • Assists in preparing all technical daily reports related to SMOC Operations, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role. • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves operation problems. • Provides the necessary assistance to Supervisors/Analyst as and when required in the Execution of work processes. • Coordinates with the client departments, customer, contactors, site-team as required. • Handles SMOC, AMI sub systems and other associated program for meter installation and complaint system. • Keeps record and prepare report etc. regarding all kinds of data from SMOC and AMI sub systems as per the client requirements. • Handles extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording and preparing all kinds of reports with appropriate format. • Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification. • Carries out and ensures compliance of all activities within the Installation Section are in line with the client health and safety regulations. • Ensures one's availability to work across all three shifts, in a 24*7 environment. • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. <strong>Qualification and Experience</strong> • Technical Diploma / Degree in major of Computer/Software Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with hands on experience on various Operation & Maintenance (O & M) application. • Proficiency in handling Electricity and / or Water Metrology • Ability to communicate with end user customers to resolve issues, gaps, and collect data. • Very strong knowledge and experience in working on PC & system applications, MS Office. • Basics of meter communication issues. <br>
