Position: Marketing & Retail Leasing Specialist

Number of Vacancies: 2 Vacancies: 1 Omani Female & 1 Male (Indian or other foreign nationality)

Job Summary We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Retail Leasing Specialists to support the growth of China Mall – Al Suwaiq by attracting new merchants, retailers, investors, and business owners to lease retail units within the mall.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail leasing, or business development, preferably within shopping malls or commercial real estate.

2. Strong ability to attract and acquire new tenants, retailers, brands, and investors.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.

4. Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve leasing and sales targets.

5. Good understanding of retail market trends, tenant requirements, and commercial leasing practices.

6. Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and investors.

7. Proactive, confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

8. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/business development tools.

9. Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
