<p>Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Coordinate and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns. Monitor neonates vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment. Ensure proper administration of medications, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments. Supervise the use of ventilators, CPAP, incubators, phototherapy, and other neonatal equipment. Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams regarding patient care.
