Diverse and inclusive work environment.<br>Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for Tru KKer’s land freight and logistics solutions in Saudi Arabia and across GCC corridors. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening Tru KKer’s presence in the regional freight forwarding market. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B sales experience in land freight (FTL/LTL), cross-border logistics expertise, and a proven ability to build long-term client partnerships while achieving aggressive revenue targets.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B clients requiring land freight and logistics services across Saudi Arabia and GCC. Drive revenue growth by promoting Tru KKer’s FTL, LTL, and cross-border transportation solutions. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market outreach. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement and supply chain heads. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching to showcase Tru KKer’s logistics capabilities. Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing structures aligned with company margin guidelines. Participate in RFPs, tenders, and large enterprise deal negotiations. Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to design cost-effective and scalable logistics solutions. Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of additional freight services. Track sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline progress using CRM systems. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and emerging logistics corridors. Support smooth customer onboarding and service implementation with internal teams. Monitor customer payment cycles and credit terms in coordination with finance. Represent Tru KKer at industry events, trade forums, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence.<br>Key Requirements Experience: 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of land freight operations, FTL trucking, and GCC cross-border logistics. Sales Skills: Proven track record of closing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets. Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.<br>Ideal Candidate Profile Strong hunter mindset with ability to acquire new clients.
