<li>Strong hands-on experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning phases</li>
<li>Prior site-based project experience in the Middle East is highly desirable</li>

<p>Garant(e) du Déploiement de l'APQP</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>En tant que Garant du déploiement APQP pour la Division Support et Services, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'appropriation et l'intégration de la démarche APQP, véritable levier d'amélioration continue et de maîtrise des risques au service du développement et de l'industrialisation des activités de maintenance et de réparation. Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront :<br>1. Maîtrise et adaptation de la démarche APQP<br>o Assurer une appropriation complète des référentiels APQP du Groupe et de la Société, en veillant à leur déclinaison opérationnelle pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de la Division Support et Services.<br>o Animer et contribuer de manière active aux groupes de travail pilotés par la Core Team et le Groupe, en clarifiant le rôle et les responsabilités des acteurs qualité.<br>o Développer et déployer des supports méthodologiques favorisant la compréhension et la mise en œuvre de la démarche APQP sur l'ensemble du périmètre concerné.<br>2. Pilotage du Plan de Montée en Maturité APQP<br>o Définir une cible organisationnelle pérenne permettant de structurer la montée en maturité de l'APQP au sein de la qualité Support et Services.<br>o Construire, piloter et suivre la mise en place d'un plan de progression adapté, en assurant l'implication des parties prenantes.<br>3. Déploiement transverse de l'APQP<br>o Mobiliser, accompagner et engager les Responsables Qualité des différentes entités, ainsi que les acteurs clefs au sein des sites.<br>o Co-construire les feuilles de route locales et veiller à l'harmonisation des pratiques inter-sites afin d'assurer une cohérence du déploiement.<br>4. Intégration structurelle de l'APQP<br>o Veiller à l'intégration des enjeux APQP (identification des risques, traitement des RAG rouges) dans les routines et instances existantes telles </p></div>
