Main tasks and responsibilities Execute end-to-end process for the maintenance of all existing Subsurface Databases Execute end-to-end process for well and reservoir data in share drives Work with Vendors to receive, QC, store and publish the relevant Well, Log and Reservoir data Ensure and participate in the development and implementation of the upstream technical data operating model/data frameworks (i.e. governance, quality, etc.)/guidelines, roadmaps / data standards / best practices while maintaining the highest standards of data quality, accessibility, extraction and connectivity to the upstream Petro technical applications. Define and govern the data stewardship for the company upstream technical data to ensure compliance with data governance, enhance data quality and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company data assets. Participate in the development of the upstream technical data strategy, governance initiatives/activities (policies, procedures, structures, roles and responsibilities) to serve the upstream data users across OQEP and to maximize the upstream technical data full potential. Promote across the organization awareness of general data management principles through knowledge sharing channels like awareness sessions, training, etc. Develop and execute data science projects using machine learning and other data science analysis techniques Work with vendors on new technologies related to data analysis and AI Key interactions Internal: Upstream External: Specialized Contractors, Technical committees, Ministries Notable Working Conditions. <p>Purpose Lead and manage all on-site construction, renovation, restoration, fit-out, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for the Bait Oman and Grand Palace Zanzibar projects. Ensure delivery in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, designs, conservation requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations, and statutory regulations, while coordinating with all relevant local authorities and stakeholders from pre-tender approvals through project completion and handover.</p><p>Responsibilities Strategic Contribution Develop weekly programs of construction relevant activities as per the terms of contract. <p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong><br>
At least five years in an HR operations or HR administration role, with at least two years in Oman or the GCC. Working knowledge of Omani Labour Law and Omanisation requirements. Demonstrated experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.</p>
<p>A CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage. So is experience in a regulated financial services entity or a start-up environment.</p>
