Team Management </strong> <p> </p> <p>- Supervise instrumentation engineers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring technical competency and safety awareness.<br>- Plan manpower allocation and manage contractors effectively to meet maintenance schedules.<br>- Coordinate with Operations, HSSE, Projects, and IT/OT teams to ensure reliability of automation systems.</p> Compliance &amp; SKILLS: </strong> <strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor s Degree in Instrumentation/Control Engineering or Electronics Engineering.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in instrumentation and control maintenance within oil &amp; gas, terminals, refineries, or petrochemical facilities.</li> <li>Certifications (preferred): ISA/IEC certifications, OEM training on DCS/PLC systems, T V functional safety certification.</li> </ul> <strong>Key Skills &amp;
