Demonstrated experience delivering scalable enterprise software solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Strong experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, Dart, or similar technologies. Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed applications, and modern software architecture. Experience with relational databases, data modelling, API integration, application performance optimization, and cloud-native application development. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Key Responsibilities Review and validate SCADA design documents, control philosophy, and I/O lists against contract specification and client requirements Supervise installation of RTUs, PLCs, HMI panels, and instrumentation across all project sites Configure and commission SCADA software, communication networks (radio, fibre, GSM/GPRS), and historian systems Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to sequence SCADA works against the overall construction programme Manage subcontractors and vendors supplying SCADA hardware and integration services Conduct FAT and SAT for control panels and integrated systems Prepare and execute loop testing, functional testing, and pre-commissioning checklists Interface with the Supervising Engineer on inspection and approval of SCADA works Maintain as-built drawings, control narratives, and O&amp;M documentation for handover Support RFI resolution on SCADA and instrumentation queries Train client operations staff on system use ahead of taking over</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Work share project execution experience.</li><li>Knowledge of national/international electrical codes and standards.</li><li>Rich knowledge and experience in specifications, selection, design and engineering of DCS/ESD/PLC/SCADA systems, including FF technology.</li><li>Hands-on experience in developing &amp; modification of plc logics and SCADA screens as per the requirements</li><li>Good knowledge of HAZOP/SIL study, including SIL calculation</li><li>Hands-on experience of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of various systems like DCS/ESD/SCADA/PLC, etc.</li><li>Sizing of Various instrument items like flow element, control valve, safety relief valve, wake frequency of thermo-well, etc.</li><li>FF Segment Calculation and design</li><li>Hands-on experience in handling instrumentation of critical packages like compressors, blowers, fire heaters, turbines, etc.</li><li>Detailed engineering to develop various instrumentation layouts and MT</li><li>Detailed engineering to develop various instrumentation documents like Logic Diagram, Control Narrative, Instrumented Protection Function Narratives, wiring connection details and loop diagrams</li><li>Manpower Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control skills</li><li>Ability to interact with other design groups in the office.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Compliance with budget, schedule and quality within allocated resources.</li><li>Vast work experience in Instrumentation Engineering and Design for Oil and Gas Industries, Petroleum and Refinery Units, chemical/Petrochemical/ Fertilizer plants, etc.</li><li>Good Experience in handling projects like developing Front End Engineering &amp; Design (FEED) Packages, executing Detailed Engineering services on an EPCM basis and PMC services</li><li>Experience as Team Leader</li></ul><p></p></section>
