<p><b>About the Role: </b>We are launching an exciting new luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Yiti Bay, Sultanate of Oman and we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Safety, Security & Protocol (Omani National) to join our pre-opening leadership team for a luxury resort in Muscat. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the successful opening of the resort by leading all aspects of safety, security, fire & life safety, and VIP protocol. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure all security systems, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements are in place before opening, while building a strong culture of safety and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of all safety, security, and protocol functions during the pre-opening and operational phases. Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and brand standards related to safety, security, fire & life safety, and emergency preparedness. Work closely with project consultants and contractors to ensure security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and emergency equipment, are properly designed, installed, tested, and commissioned. Build strong relationships with government authorities, including the Royal Oman Police, Civil Defense, and other relevant agencies, to facilitate approvals, inspections, and licensing requirements. Develop security policies, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures. <p>We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a prestigious large-scale mixed-use development project in Oman. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and construction schedules.
