<p>Construct and install wooden/plywood formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations. Read and follow construction drawings, measurements, and site instructions. Cut, shape, assemble, and install timber and plywood according to required dimensions. Ensure formwork is properly aligned, levelled, supported, and secured before concrete pouring. Dismantle and remove formwork safely after concrete has sufficiently set. Carry out carpentry repairs, adjustments, and modification work at the construction site. Use carpentry hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Coordinate with steel fixers, masons, supervisors, and other site workers. Maintain proper quality and accuracy of carpentry work. Follow construction-site safety procedures and wear required PPE. Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Any Graduate can be considered. Experience: Preferably 2 5+ years of relevant construction carpentry experience . Candidates with GCC/Oman construction experience will be preferred. Experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry is an advantage. ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or related trade is preferred but not mandatory . Must be able to understand measurements and basic construction drawings. Should be physically fit and comfortable working at construction sites and heights. Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.</p>

<p>Measure, mark, cut, and shape wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, and other construction materials. Construct, assemble, and install doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, and wooden frameworks. Install ceiling systems, flooring, wall paneling, and decorative woodwork. Perform shuttering/formwork carpentry for concrete structures where required. Repair, replace, and maintain damaged wooden structures and fixtures. Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, planers, routers, sanders, and nail guns. Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Check dimensions and ensure proper alignment and finishing of all carpentry work. Install hardware such as hinges, locks, handles, door closers, and drawer runners. Apply finishing work including sanding, polishing, varnishing, staining, and laminating. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete work efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
