<p>Manage EPT / EPF and Well Testing Operation in accordance with cleint specifications and contract requirements</p><p>Develop operation plans, schedules, budgets, manpower, any challanges at the feild.</p><p>Coordinate with Head Office project team regarding operation status</p><p>Ensure compliance with contract scope, KPIs, claint procedures, and HSE requirements</p><p>Provide Operation/Technicial support.</p><p>Ensure strict adherence to HSE, PTW systems, SIMOPS, and Life-Saving Rules</p><p>Lead HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, and risk assessment workshops</p><p>Manage multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, logistics, QA/QC, and subcontractors at the feild</p><p>Support project costs control, monitor operation status</p><p>Act as the primary interface with cleint for technical, operational matters</p><p>Ensure proper operqation reporting, documentation, handover, and close-out in line with cleint requirements</p><p>Support development, mentoring, and competency growth of Omani staff</p>
