<p>The Legal Officer will serve as a key member of TANMIA's Legal & Compliance team, providing day-to-day legal support across the organization's business operations. The role holder will assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring adherence to applicable Omani laws and regulations, supporting corporate governance activities, and contributing to the proactive management of legal risk. This position offers a strong foundation for developing a well-rounded legal career within a dynamic investment and development environment</p>
<p> <strong>Key Areas:</strong> </p>
<p> Assist in managing legal and compliance matters related to agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p> Support business units by providing basic legal guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and Omani laws.</p>
<p> Contribute to maintaining corporate governance standards and regulatory compliance</p>
<p> <strong>Key Tasks:</strong> </p>
<p> Draft, review, and update commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents in Arabic and English.</p>
<p> Review and advise on contract terms to identify legal exposure and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.</p>
<p> Assist in reviewing amendments to corporate documents, including the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.</p>
<p> Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all contracts, corporate records, and legal filings. Assist in reviewing amendments to corporate documents such as Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.</p>
<p> Ensure company contracts, policies, and corporate filings comply with applicable Omani laws and regulations.</p>
<p> Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to TANMIA's operations and prepare timely updates for management and stakeholders.</p>
<p> Ensure timely submission of required documents and filings to regulatory authorities.</p>
<p> Follow up on stakeholder requirements to maintain ongoing compliance with applicable guidelines and obligations. Assist in preparing reports on legal activities and compliance status.</p>
<p> Coordinate the preparation of Board and committee meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, resolutions, and disclosure notices.</p>
<p> Support corporate governance processes, including compliance tracking, disclosure management, and maintenance of statutory records.</p>
<p> Conduct research on Omani commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory law; prepare clear, concise summaries for management.</p>
<p> Handle day-to-day legal queries from business units, providing practical and timely guidance.</p>
<p> Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex matters, prepare briefs, and follow up on ongoing cases or advisory assignments.</p>
<p> Support dispute resolution processes, including documentation, correspondence, and case follow-up.</p>
<p> Prepare periodic reports on legal activities, contract status, and compliance metrics for the Senior Associate and management.</p>
<p> Contribute to the development and improvement of legal templates, checklists, and internal in corporate governance processes, including disclosures and compliance tracking.</p>

or marketing, preferably within international organizations, environmental programs, or government engagement.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in territorial marketing, place branding, or regional economic development communications.</li><li>Proven experience working in rural or community-based development contexts, with the ability to engage effectively with government officials, community leaders, and rural stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills are required.</li><li>Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and They are used to ensure that the process is operating within safe pressure limits. Temperature transmitters gauges, Thermowells, Thermocouples, Thermocouple Assemblies. These instruments measure the temperature of fluids or gases in various process equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, and distillation columns. They help to ensure that the process operates within the desired temperature range. Flow meters These instruments measure the flow rate of liquids and gases in pipes and vessels. They are used to monitor the amount of material being transferred between different process stages. Level transmitters These instruments measure the level of liquids and solids in tanks and vessels. They are used to ensure that tanks are not overfilled or emptied too quickly, which could result in safety hazards or process disruptions. Analyzers These instruments measure the chemical composition of process streams. They are used to monitor the quality of products and ensure that the process is operating within the required specifications Control valves / Instrument Manifold / Positioners. These are critical components that control the flow of fluids in process equipment. They are used to adjust the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the process stream to maintain optimal process conditions. Safety relief valves These are critical components that protect equipment and personnel from overpressure conditions.
