En effet, la transition entre le programme CFM56 et le LEAP s'accompagne d'un changement de Business Model en passant de la vente de pièces de rechanges vers celui de contrats à l'heure de vol, avec pour certains plus de 800 moteurs en couverture.<br>En soutien à la D2S, le contrôle de gestion services est acteur du dispositif Customer Team (chargé d'affaires, fleet manager, contrôle de gestion,...).
