<p><span>To deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in his designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics.</span></p><br><br>

<p><strong><span>To be successful in this role, you must have the following:</span></strong></p><br><br>

<li><span>2nd level education. </span></li>
<li><span>3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span>Competencies such as; Numerate & analytical. Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate. Ability to build and lead teams. Ability to plan and organize activities. Ability to solve problems and take decisions. </span></li>
