<p>Working unsupervised, installing the ESP, monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Under general supervision performs installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells.</li>
<li>May be required to work unsupervised.</li>
<li>Assists with monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.</li>
<li>The position involves frequent travel on domestic assignments and time away from home, often at short notice. Handles special projects as assigned.</li>
<li>Conducts all business activities in accordance with HSE policies and legal compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Essential requirements of the role (experience / skills / competencies)</h4>
<ul>
<li>Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pump installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting are mandatory.</li>
<li>Field of experience: Artificial Lift Systems - Electrical Submersible Pump installation and pull-out activities.</li>
<li>Technical skills:
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of downhole Electrical Submersible Pump systems.</li>
<li>Experience with ESP downhole installation and pullout, as well as troubleshooting surface equipment.</li>
<li>Analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting.</li>

<li>Soft skills: Customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.</li>
<li>Tools or software (required / preferred): MS Office.</li>
