Efficiently operate the point of sale (POS) system for billing and transactions.<br>
Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.<br>
Accurately process payments through cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.<br>
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.<br>
Maintain vigilance regarding store security and ensure all loss prevention policies are followed.<br>
Replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability at all times.</p>

<p>The ideal sales associate in a retail company should have a bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.</p></p><p></p>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key Local Corporate and International Accounts, handling Group and Event Sales, and managing all opportunities through platforms such as CVENT, Lanyon, and RFP management.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive proactive sales for group bookings and events</li><li>Develop and manage a portfolio of local and regional corporate accounts.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships through regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations.</li><li>Manage group inquiries from quotation to contract execution, ensuring smooth transition to the operations team.</li><li>Help to coordinate MICE business using tools such as CVENT, Lanyon, and RFP platforms.</li><li>Establish strong relationships with international embassies, consulates, and government institutions for group and event-related opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.</li><li>Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in group sales and corporate account management within the UAE hospitality or events sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge corporate & groups and events market.</li><li>Hands-on experience with MICE business and RFP platforms such as CVENT and Lanyon.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and proactively generates leads and close deals.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul><p>Our commitment to you</p><ul><li>Learning & Development.
