<p>Responsible for the sales and servicing of various products and services, primarily to new customers within the branch environment. Implements the relationship management concept through the sale of assets, liability products and other retail banking services and is the first point of contact for all types of customers. In Your daily work you will oversee following tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Achieve the assigned business unit s financial targets.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely quotations for low-voltage products based on customer requirements and specifications.</li><li>Provide technical and commercial support to customers by addressing inquiries and offering suitable solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of sales strategies.</li><li>Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all details are accurate and properly entered into the relevant systems, while ensuring full compliance with internal processes.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and supply chain, to monitor order status and provide customers with timely delivery updates.</li><li>Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to customers and the sales team.</li><li>Actively engage with key government end users, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Ministry of Health (MOH), Royal Court Affairs (RCA), and the Royal Oman Police (ROP).</li><li>Promote Siemens low-voltage product portfolio and solutions by highlighting the company s value proposition and technological advantages.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with these strategic accounts to strengthen Siemens market presence and brand loyalty.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these government sectors</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>You hold a bachelor s or master s degree in electrical engineering field from reputable university or college.</li><li>You bring expert level experience in LV Products and sales & marketing background.</li><li>You have solid experience with EPC s & contractors in the power distribution market</li><li>Our Ideal candidate has an advanced Critical and respective Product/Market Analysis skills</li><li>You will impress us with your outstanding Presentation skills & market Intelligence skills</li><li>You should have more than 3 years of experience in the field of low voltage switchgear within the Middle East Market.</li><li>You enjoy working in multicultural, diverse, working environment.</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
