About the role:
Our client, a leader in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, is seeking a sales executive – freight forwarding & logistics (Oman market) to join their team. As a sales executive, you will report to the sales manager / country head – Oman and play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong business development and sales conversion skills, in-depth knowledge of the Oman logistics market and regulations, and excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
About the requirements:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
- Generate sales leads and convert them into long-term customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, agents, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present competitive logistics and freight solutions tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with Oman’s local laws, regulations, and trade practices
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Prior sales experience preferred; candidates from operations with strong business development exposure will also be considered
- Strong understanding of the Oman logistics market, including local regulations and compliance frameworks
