<p>Coordinating purchasing for the Kitchen and stewarding departments with the finance team as per the hotel procedures Conduct interviews for candidates in the department in conjunction with Human Resources and prepare job descriptions Daily monitoring of the Food Cost to ensure monthly targets are achieved without undermining the agreed product quality Adhere to and monitor departmental operating expenses as per departmental budget and forecast. <p> <strong>Special Skills & Knowledge:</strong> </p>
<p> Leading technical studies, trade-off studies, cost estimation and project evaluation through stage-gate decision processes.</p>
<p> Knowledge of a broad range of planning, operations and study-management practices.</p>
<p> Sound technical grounding across mining methods, mine engineering and the principal study disciplines (geology, processing, infrastructure, environmental and economics).</p>
<p> Good understanding of Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimation and reporting.</p>
<p> Ability to direct and review work produced in mine planning software packages.</p>
<p> Knowledge of mine capital and operating cost estimation and economic modelling.</p>
<p> Strong stakeholder management, with experience in and / or an inclination for business development.</p>
<p> Working familiarity with mining software such as Deswik, Micromine, Minesight and Vulcan, sufficient to scope, review and quality-assure outputs including stope and schedule optimization.</p>
<p> Experience in due diligence activities and auditing.</p>
<p> NI 43-101 and JORC technical reporting.</p>

<p> <strong>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION /CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:</strong> </p>
<p> Competent or Qualified Person status (e.g. AusIMM, AIG or equivalent recognised under JORC / NI 43-101) is desirable.</p>
